September 12, 2008 is going to be a great opportunity for golfers to help foster children in need. Agape Villages Foster Family Agency will be having their annual Fairways for Foster Kids Golf Tournament. It will be held at the Manteca Park Golf Course. Registration will start at 6:30 with a shotgun start at 8 am.

Agape Villages Foster Family Agency in Manteca, California recurits, trains, and supervises foster families in and around Manteca. These caring families become havens to children who, through no fault of there own, have been deprived of the love and security that can only be found at home. This year approximately 300 girls and boys will find loving homes with Agape Villages families.

We invite you to join Agape Villages on September 12, 2008 and take part in this great day of golf. The money you help raise will provide homes for children with backgrounds of neglect and abuse. Neglect and abuse is often multigeneration and our goal is to break the cycle.

There are many ways to be a part of this fun-filled day and make a difference in a child's future. We have various sponsorhip opportunities as well as a chance to play golf for a good cause. You may not be able to open your home to a foster child, but you can help make a foster home a reality for a waiting child.
